Second Round at Colonial
Surprisingly, Anthony Kim did not play as well as he should have this round. He has dropped to 6th place after Round 2 even though he managed a score of -1 today which put him at -8 for now. Tim Clark has emerged as the leader as of the end of Round 2, with 11 under par. Somehow he managed to finish with a score of -6 today. Throughout the whole second round, I did not even see him miss a fairway/green.
*Sigh* Due to heavy rains again, this round had to be stopped. Since many were not able to complete their second round yet, the second cut is not done yet. I hope the weather will not be wet during the next few days so that all the players can resume and finish off their remaining holes and to have the second cut made.
First Round at Colonial
And they're off! ...Well, kinda at least. Besides having the first round suspended due to the thunderstorms and floods on the course, first round at Colonial has begun. Anthony Kim, in the picture above, has put in 6 consecutive birdies so far! This is probably the longest streak in the PGA Tour for this season. Man! 6 birdies and they were all one after the other! I think this will boost up Mr Kim's confidence and put him in a position to lead the tournament with a 7 under score as of now.
The suspension of the first round has only let about half of the players, out of the total of 114 players, to complete their round for the day. I'll be looking forward on the Golf Channel to see more action from Anthony Kim!
